Dashboards FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Standard Dashboards, My Dashboard, layout options, and permissions in CURQ 18.

1. What is the difference between Standard Dashboards and My Dashboard?

Standard Dashboards are pre-built company dashboards organized by department (such as Sales, Finance, or Logistics) with shared filters for all users. My Dashboard is your personal workspace where you pin your own custom lists, charts, and shortcuts.

2. How do I add a report or list to “My Dashboard”?

Open any list or graph in CURQ (such as Invoices or Delivery Orders), click the search bar, open the Favorites dropdown menu, and click Add to my dashboard.

3. Can other users see my “My Dashboard” layout?

No. My Dashboard is completely private to your login account. Your pinned cards, folded widgets, and column layout changes only appear for you.

4. Why is a department dashboard missing from my left sidebar?

The dashboard is either restricted to a security access group that your account does not belong to, or an administrator has not checked the Is Published box in Configuration > Dashboards.

5. How do I change the number of columns in My Dashboard?

Open Dashboards > My Dashboard, click the Change Layout button in the top action bar, and select 1 Column, 2 Columns, or 3 Columns.
