Audit Logs & Compliance Tracking

Maintaining strict audit trails is essential for internal controls and regulatory compliance. CURQ records system activity across all modules.

Automatic Chatter Tracking

Every document record (Invoices, Quotations, Customer Leads, Journal Entries) maintains a real-time Chatter Log at the bottom of the page detailing:

  • User identity who created or modified the record.

  • Timestamp of modification.

  • Field value changes (before and after values).

Accessing Audit Trail Reports

  1. Navigate to Settings > Technical > Audit Logs.

  2. Filter logs by module, user, action type (Create, Update, Delete), or date range.

  3. Export log reports for financial audit or compliance verification.
