CURQ Documentation

Multi-Currency & Localization Guide

CURQ provides global financial capabilities supporting international business operations across different tax jurisdictions and currencies.

Enabling Multi-Currency

  1. Go to Accounting > Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Currencies section and check Multi-Currencies.

  3. Save configuration settings.

Exchange Rate Synchronization

  • Exchange rates can be set to update automatically on a daily/weekly schedule from central banks (e.g. European Central Bank, Federal Reserve).

  • Manual exchange rate overrides can be entered for custom contracts.

Currency Realized/Unrealized Gain & Loss

When settling foreign invoices or revaluing foreign currency bank accounts at month-end, CURQ automatically generates exchange rate variance journal entries to maintain accurate general ledgers.
